Thank you for choosing us to be your lender. This page is where you can upload the required documents for your home loan. Please take note that it would help make the process quicker if you can label the documents properly. In that way, we can easily determine what documents you are submitting. For example, if you are submitting a Bank Statement with Statement date June 1 to 30 2017, file name would be "BankStatement-June1-30" or you can also include the type of account, ex. BankStatement-Savings-June1-30. Specially for special documents that are asked from you (documents not in checklist). Once again, thank you. Contact us at 832-819-0720 for questions and assistance.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Submitting the required documents sooner, the sooner your loan gets completed.

  • Pay stubs - 1 month and most recent
  • Bank Statements - 2 months, most recent and all pages even if they are blank.
  • Retirement Statements - If available and most Recent
  • Tax Returns - 2015 and 2016 All pages and schedules
  • W-2s and 1099s - 2015 and 2016
  • Identification Cards - Clear scanned copy of Drivers License and SS card
  • Child support orders or divorce decree - if applicable
